I'm in my 60s & have loved Northern as long as I remember. It's very soft...not rough at all. Now, there is even more to like. Switching from plastic to paper wrapping is not only better for the environment, but I've always hated the plastic on toilet paper & paper towels. They are much too hard to rip open...especially with arthritic hands. I hope you totally do away with it.

I thought that because the toilet paper was so thick and cushioned that it would clog up my toilet, but instead it flushed down so easily, especially since I only needed to use a few squares.

There are black spots throughout every roll of toilet paper that I use. I have no idea what this black stuff is that I am wiping against my body. It's disgusting and quite frankly bad business. Your quality department must be nonexistent because this has continued to be in every roll for the past year. It is october 2023 and its still happening. Fix your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the quiet suffering of Constable Bob & Daddy Gator I now have soft & strong Quilted Northern so I can forget my bathroom experience. However, I can't forget the softness. I also have a new appreciation for the little rubber duck that sits on my bathtub. Unlike Constable Bob, at least he's wearing sunglasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was too much adhesive on my last purchase of quilted northern. I had to spin the roll alot to get an unaffected layer of toilet paper.. I've always been happy in the past.. I guess I just got a bad batch.

I have used your toilet paper for years quite happily. However, the last couple of times I've bought it (in the large packages), the quality has been very disappointing. The sheets do not break apart in the same way. The paper shreds when you try to tear it off the roll. The layers come apart as well. I hope this is something you will acknowlege is a problem and then get it fixed. I'd like you to continue to be my "go to" toilet paper. A very loyal customer across many years

When I started living on my own, I tried to save money by buying the store brand toilet paper. I was so disappointed by how easily it tore that I gave the rest of the package away and went out to buy Quilted Northern. I like how durable and strong it is! I will always buy Quilted Northern!!!

Just recently I had the most hilarious TP epiphany! I had always wondered what the whole, "Forget the go", slogan/campaign was all about, but boy did I figure it out fast when I bought one of the most leading brands of TP!... It was 'sticking with me' ...literally! It was the worst! Sitting there, disappointed and disgusted, is when it struck me, the meaning behind the slogan, "Forget the go". I couldn't even wait till we had finished all the rolls before I ran out and bought Quilted Northern! It lives up to its promise and feels great too. I never, ever wanna remember the go again! Thanks for a great product QN :-)
