I think it's great! It's fast, efficient, easy to use, love it.

Easy to use. Just plug and it keeps warm or turns off. I like that it does not drop when serving.

I have purchased a defective kettle and they replaced it 4 months later

My last one just started leaking so I hope this one lasts longer
