The product leaks water during regular use. I followed the instructions and assembled it correctly, but the issue persists. This significantly affects usability and overall experience.

It is very easy to use my husband loves it, now he says it's very easy to do he's coffee in the morning and for me it makes my cooking very easy and fast I'm so happy with my purchase

It is very easy to use. I like that it heats to an exact temperature. I am replacing an old electric hot pot. As a tea drinker I use it a lot. But also use it when needed for cooking and/or baking.

I like it so far. I like the various temperature settings.

I love it Spatially colors

Can't wait to use it. Our kitchen remodel spurred this purchase.

Had one before. It was great so I bought another one because the power switch on the old one broke.

Just unpackaged used it yesterday and tried using it today and it leaks when I pour from the base

It was easy to use but stopped working after 10 days of usage.

Easy to use good instruction leaflet good quality looks really smart
