In registering this product for the warranty, the model number did not come up as a selection. My model number is RJ 11–18 – CT1 – V2 – CO

We love it, but the model number is rj11-18-fyi-v2-co and is not an available option on the registration drop down menu.

RJ11-18-CTI-V2-CO, it's the actual model number. It was not available during warranty registration so o had to use model number RJ11-18-CTI instead.

The registration form needs to be updated to include All models, as mine was not on there. But other than that, it works great!

It just works well. We just bought the newest version to be able to adjust temp and keeps warm. Love the product and that price is great.

Handle is a bit wide for my hand, and the teapot is quite heavy when full. otherwise, it's gorgeous!

Heats quickly, easy to understand buttons, helpful lighting, attractive kettle for serving, good range of heating temperatures.

So far I am loving it, brews tea to the right perfection, you can add herbs, oranges, lemon etc. easy to clean, and use !

Using the kettle for the first time made me a bit wary of the glass, so an aluminum or steel upgrade would be great.

I'm a tea drinker, but my grandsons like hot cocoa. My Chefman Electric Kettle makes it easy to switch to an appropriate temperature for both.
