I have purchased a defective kettle and they replaced it 4 months later

Easy to use. Just plug and it keeps warm or turns off. I like that it does not drop when serving.

Works great boils water very quick and was a great price

Just got it and registered it, not sure I can really rate it yet

Heats fast, like the alarm bell to tell you when the water is ready, just wish it was louder.

Great kettle. Liked the last one that kept water hot after first use
