I got this car seat and another one as a mark down/clearance items, possibly because the color was being discontinued. I love the color on both of them and the car seats are excellent. They are great for my grandchildren (one toddler and one infant).

Missing the head support altogether. The backing however has literally no padding it's just cloth. The “cushion” that did arrive for the back portion is very, very thin. I would not feel safe putting my new born in this seat at all and will be returning. I already have a better 360 car seat but it didn't have the carrier handle so I got this just to use for getting baby out of the hospital and to first month appts. That's the only reason I considered a cheaper option, hoping to save money. I would put the insert from that one into this but the holes don't align. If you're going to use this for a newborn or for everyday use I would heavily consider checking it in person in Walmart or Sam's before buying so you can feel how thin the covers are.

Do not recommend for newborns

I bought this and I really love it but I'm some how missing the canopy part to the car seat I'm really hoping I can get one sent to me!
