Gummies are easier for me to take because I have a hard time swallowing pills. I will continue to take them and keep them on my daily vitamin routine.

The one bottle only lasted a month because the serving size is 4 gummies a day. After eating these gummies every day for a month, I can't say I've noticed any difference in my skin or hair, so they were more like a tasty little snack than anything.

The texture is nice and chewy. And the packaging is very cute as well. I just wish they were more healthy. Especially when doing a ketogenic diet. These do not fall into the carbohydrates numbers you can have per day.

The Taste is great. They are incredibly difficult to chew. You have to chew them for a very long time before you swallow them.
