[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seem to be working well so far, but it does say 4 Gummies a day for 8 weeks and that amount of time has not yet passed. The taste is a pretty intense grape and they are very chewy so they can be a bit much in the morning. I take them 2 in the afternoon and 2 at night. Nothing negative and I do feel like my hair especially, and nails, have been great especially considering the change of the seasons!

They smell really nasty when you open them and I'm not usually a fan of grape. However, these were really yummy serving is four gummy's and they are soft and easy to chew

I'll admit I was taken aback when it said that the dose was 4 because it's really a lot to chew at once. I haven't been taking them long enough to notice a difference in my hair, skin, or nails, but I have tried Vital Protein products before, and they are by far the best collagen supplement I've ever had. Definitely worth the money. And good for people like me with a sweet tooth who are on a restricted diet.

My only complaint is the fact that one serving is 4 gummies. Made it a little hard to bring while traveling. I am not a fan of grape flavor but these were not terrible and not as sugary as other gummies I've taken, which I like. These are very convenient compared to collagen powder and choking down huge pills. I would definitely go out and buy another bottle after I'm finished with this one!
