I'm much better about taking gummies than capsules or powdered supplements. Gummies are fun and easy to remember to take as long as they taste decent and the texture is okay. Well, these taste great (a real grape flavor) and the texture is perfect, so they're very easy to remember to take. A serving is 4 - which is not a complaint - but just something to factor in - 120 gummies is a 30 day supply. I'm getting my collagen and remembering to take it! It can't get much better than this!

Very easy and convenient gummy form. Texture was easy to chew, didn't stick to my teeth. The bottle was much bigger than the amount of product in them which is a huge waste of packaging. Companies have to stop with the illusion of more product while contributing to waste production.

Each serving contains 2.5 g of bovine collagen. I noticed it's a lot less per serving compared to the powdered collagen I have taken in the past. It does claim to be a clinically tested dose to improve skin, hair and nails. It's only been a few weeks so I can't say that I have seen any noticeable changes, but I'll continue to take them.
