Usually gummy vitamins are hard and get stuck in my teeth but these are super soft and easy to chew. The smell and taste are just ok, very overpowering vitamin taste/smell which is not something i really like in a gummy vitamin. Does not leave a good taste in your mouth afterwards.

The flavor tastes mostly like artificial grape, which isn't particularly my thing. I'm anxious to see what happens when I finish both this bottle, and the raspberry! It has a bit more sugar than I'd like but overall they're worth a try.

I work in an office so my nails are usually brittle and break often.Since starting these vitamins Ive noticed them grow much longer than normal and they are stronger so no bending or breaking. As for my hair I've noticed less fall out especially since I suffer from hair loss it was nice to see less of it. They also taste like candy and are great for people like me who have a hard time swallowing pills. I will definitely repurchase!

I don't know because as I took them I began to break out. I normally also break out with biotin too. Also four gummies a day? Little excessive if you ask me

I wouldn't mind but there is far too much sugar. I would rather make a protein shake and not have all that sugar. I'm trying to loose weight and limiting my sugar intake. Otherwise they taste amazing!! If you don't mind the sugar I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seem to be working well so far, but it does say 4 Gummies a day for 8 weeks and that amount of time has not yet passed. The taste is a pretty intense grape and they are very chewy so they can be a bit much in the morning. I take them 2 in the afternoon and 2 at night. Nothing negative and I do feel like my hair especially, and nails, have been great especially considering the change of the seasons!
