I have been on. Keto diet and also cutting out as much processed sugar as possible. This katchup does both for me and tastes great! I used it for my meatloaf and it was super tasty.

This tastes like just pure tomato. The spicy adds just a very subtle spice. I love this on burgers. I recommend spicy since it is not a hot spicy but rather enhances the flavor. I like this so much I find myself eating some plain just on a spoon.
