It may say "sports" drink, but it's NOT a drink to replace electrolytes. It's LOADED with sugar and OVER 30gm of carbs, ALL from added sugar. I'm on Ketovore, needed Electrolytes replacement and NOT any sugar.

I buy several cases of Glacier Zero and Energy water. No artificial colors or sweetners. Sadly, Members Mark has artificials in this drink. Not suitable for me to change Brands.

Definitely enjoy these on a hot day or after jiu jitsu. Way cheaper then Gatorade flavors are about thr same. Same amount of electrolytes calories carbs sugar as Gatorade. Will be getting these instead.

Like many reviewers before me these do not taste like a major brand name. Way better cold. Like great for slushes also don't forget to shake. It does remind on the bottle

They taste terrible in comparison to name brands like powerade and gatorade.

It tastes fine but impossible to open. Would rather go back to powerade
