Bottle cap is way too tight to open up without pli

Your Member's Mark sports drink has got problems with bottle cap. I think your machine is tightening them way too much we cannot open up your sports drinks without a pair of pliers I wish you would take care of this ASAP please. Adults cannot open these especially children like I said we have to use a pair of pliers
