Absolutely no support from this mattress topper Tried it half a nite and when i tried to get out of bed my back was in such pain i could not walk. Took it back and was happy to get my money back.

This mattress topper is just the right softness/firmness for us. It has made our bed very comfortable. I've had less discomfort in my left shoulder while sleeping on this new topper.

I wish I could give zero star… it’s cooling for first 10seconds then it’s not at all… we have back injuries and every morning we woke up with terrible pain of body. It’s bad but it’s even worse with this mattress.. I wish income return it but we are stuck with it. I don’t know how some reviews said comfortable. Maybe they never bad back injury.

Thx topper isn’t as firm as I would like, since I have some back problems, but it is better than the tempurpedic one I tried. It is comfortable for most people. The 10 year warranty will never be used since it states it has to be depressed 1.5” before it can be utilized. If I waited that long I would have many more back problems.

This mattress topper is so comfortable. I sleep so much better, whether on my side or back. Definitely worth the purchase!

Made my mattress even better. Relieves pressure on the hips. This is my second purchase as I’m placing it in the guest room. I can’t say enough good things about this pad.

I bought one of thes at Sam's Club for a spare bedroom and liked it so much i decided to get one for my room. Sam's no longer had them so was glad to find the exact same at Walmart .

I purchased this about 5 months ago. We had just purchased a new temper pedic bed to replace a 15 year old temper pedic bed. Without going into the long detail we ended up with a firm temper pedic mattress which was like sleeping on concrete. My wife and I both woke up in pain. We were told the mattress pad would not make a soft mattress firm but could make a firm mattress softer which is what it did. The topper has been great. Adds the right amount of cushion. Temperature wise, it is about the same as our old temper pedic. It starts out cool and warms up but not bad. I would buy again.

Received damaged. I ordered the king size, so, as you can imagine, it’s quite heavy. I had it delivered to my home. It’s not in merchant packaging. It delivered in a brown box, vacuum sealed. As I get this out, remove the vacuum packaging, as I get to the last portion unroll, it starts expanding and there, on the inside portion/side is a a huge chunk missing from the topper, which looks like a manufacturer defect. Now, after calling and going through the horrific automated customer service to figure out how to return this because it will not fit back in the box, I now have to wait for a return service to pick this up and figure out where to stash a heavy, king sized memory foam topper u til they pick it up! What a nightmare!
