I don't get a clear cooling effect. The topper is 2 inches short on both sides and ends

I can now sleep through the night without waking up every 2-3 hours having to rotate to make the back pains go away

Works well. Makes a hard mattress softer. The cooling is definitely cool. Bought one and liked it and bought a second one for another bed.
