Bought these because they stopped selling the special delivery huggies.. used for a few days and noticed some red dots forming on privates. Switched back to the special delivery and it stopped.. cant recommend these. even though the name says sensitive skin, it's not for babies with real sensitive skin.

They are not as padded as Little Snugglers. They also don't have a cute and fun design like a lot of the diapers on the market. it does get the job done.

I personally felt the inside of the diaper and it was so soft. The whole diaper is soft and absorbed very well. I have to start by saying Huggies were the only diapers that did not constantly leak overnight for both my boys in the early days. The blow out protector across the back was such a key to this. These new skin essentials take our beloved Huggies up a notch with little holes that help pull some of the mess away from babies bottom which isn’t the biggest deal for us now as my youngest just turned one. He had 2 runny poops across our trial week and it was nice to see that it pulled some of the mess from behind except the holes only exist in the rear so he still ended up with some redness in the front from a nap poop. At this point in our diaper journey this diaper doesn’t offer enough benefit to make up for the higher cost of my preferred diapers are available for me. However in the earlier days when runny poops were constant I may have considered these much more.

They really took care of the any leaks from number 1 and 2, which is a huge plus because it is less laundry to do.

He gets rashes super easily. These did not make him break out at all! They stay on well without sliding around, and did not cause any type of rash or reaction. They also held up well! No leaks whatsoever, even when wearing overnight.

Upon trying Huggies skin essentials, I immediately decided that this is the only diaper I want on my baby from now on. The softness and stretch and unmatched. Pros- skin sensitive-, its nice it is snug and nice cons- it is just perfect that the front of the diaper only gets filled up with pee. it doesnt move to the back. the pee should be absorbed equally so they are easy on the baby.
