This product is used! I thought I was getting a new product but it was used, I’m very disappointed and will certainly be returning it.

These work great. The sound quality is amazing, the mic quality is amazing, I brought turtle beaches that aren’t as good as these.

sound is a little off its like too much bass but if you have dolby atmos its not too much issue mic is fantastic and they are very comfortable

Music sounds so clean. The stereo is so good, it's like you can hear every instrument that you didn't even notice in a song before.

Good Xbox branded headset. Our son hasn't complained & it was well priced.

Awesome Headset. Sounds great, and, feels solid.

Granddaughter loves them.

Hard to set up, has a little echo until you mess with settings, otherwise good
