This product is used! I thought I was getting a new product but it was used, I’m very disappointed and will certainly be returning it.

My son needed a new headset because his mic was broken and this one has worked great. Shipping was fast.

Very good sound and bass, love the surround sond effect it has plus it very comfortable on the head, all is good except on desin flaw, and that is the aux connector is so strait after a month the plug snapped because of when I plug it in it turnes and turnes and turns to the point that it has a lot of stress on the plug, causing it to break.

My wife bought this headset for me last night from Walmart at first the volume in the ear muffs were very low, and Reddit google and YouTube weren't ver helpful so this morning I manually fixed this myself my guide below will explain how I did 😊🤟🏻 hope this helps the next person ! Steps - I : Go to settings . II : Go to Device %26 connections . III : Click the 3 dots next to the chemical beaker icon (under the controller on screen it should say "What's attached Headset and show a headset icon) IV : Select "Volume" V : turn Headset volume to desired level (I prefer ALL the way up) VI : choose to alter Headset chat mixer, Mic monitoring or not. All done 😊👍🏻 Best sound quality I have ever had for a gaming headset I LOVE IT.

I like the company “Onn”. They generally make good products so I decided to give this one a shot. Usually headsets with a price point below $50, the Audio is pretty average. This headset? Exceeded my expectations. Easy plug in and the audio is almost if not exactly the same as my last $100 headset. I’ve only had it a couple days but I have hopes of it. Just be sure to take care of the headset. Try not to be real physical with it.
