The worst headset I’ve ever had. The sound is terrible. You have to get Dolby access to try and make it better but it’s still trash. You can’t adjust to hear ambient noise which is a must for headsets.

I purchased this product expecting it to be a quality item but I plugged it in and it sounds muffled as if you are listening from a red solo cup.

These should not have a microphone. I get constant complaints about how low my volume is. The output sound quality is okay though.

broke after 2 months and so far cant get a refund even tho i have a 1 year warranty dont buy, very bad quality

I’m not sure if headphones are fine, but the box was open and taped shut when handed off to us for our pickup order.

Good product sounds good great controls but after 2 or 3 months of use it starts having wiring issues and disconnects sometimes

Wires started fraying 2 weeks after purchasing. In even worse condition now.
