The mattress provides great support to your back as it does not sink even when you're laying on the same spot for a long time. This is the kind of firm mattress that I've been looking for.

We received our new cal king bed and adjustable base on Saturday evening. Very anxious to try bed. The next morning I woke up with no stiffness or aches. I had a tempurpedic cloud from 8 yrs ago. It was time to change. Your body changes. I absolutely love this bed. I put it in snore mode and it is the perfect sleep for me. Husband really likes the bed. Adjustable is the way to go. If you are looking for s new sleep this to me is the way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very impressed with the Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid Pro Adapt mattress. As purchasing a mattress is a very big decision, like most, we spent quite a long time trying out many different brands and firmness levels. Tempur-Pedic is in a league of its own. The medium-hybrid pro-adapt has the perfect amount of firmness (and we tend to learn towards a more firm mattress) while still providing the comfort needed for a good nights sleep. The delivery of the mattress was seamless and we have enjoyed each night slept since we received the mattress. It does take a few weeks to get used to the feeling of the mattress as it is different from what we were accustomed to. I highly recommend this product to all and firmly believe it is worth the investment. We will have and enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

We love the bed. Haven't slept this well in years. My husband isn't snoring as much or I'm sleeping so much better I don't hear him. I don't wake up every two hours turning because I no longer hurt!! I could never lay on on side to long as my hip and knee would hurt. That's gone. What I blamed on back problems for years was 80% bed problems. Best money we've ever spent.

This is our second go around with Tempur-Pedic. Our first set was 17 years old and it was time for replacement. Comfort and quality are most important to us and as i would always tell everyone, if someone were to break in and steal anything from my home, they could take everything but my mattress!! We are very satisfied with our new Tempur-Pedic mattress set and wouldn't have purchased another brand. Thank you for our comfortable and uninterrupted sleep!

Normally it takes me forever to go to sleep and toss and turn . But not with this bed ! I'm out in less than 15 minutes! That's a huge difference for me . This bed is like sleeping on a firm marshmallow! It's soft fits to your body .

When the mattress arrived after the first night, they raved about how the mattress helped them sleep better, their backs were no longer aching and also that the mattress was so great that they didn't want to get up in the morning for work. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have slept on the Tempur pro adapt medium for 5 nights. I have never slept on a mattress like this before now. I had another brand that is basically springs and a little padding. The Tempur pro adapt forms around my body. It has the right amount of support but also the softness to be comfortable. It had been year's since I had slept through the night. Now I can say that I get a full 8 hours of sleep. My husband said its the most comfortable mattress he has ever owned. I go to bed before him and I don't even feel the movement from him getting into bed. I can actually feel a temperature difference in the new bed. It also comes with a washable cover. The only negative I have is the weight of the mattress. It definitely takes two people to move the mattress around but how often would you move a mattress around your room? Overall I am excited to have this mattress and I would recommend the Tempur pro adapt. Everyone should enjoy a restful nights sleep. We spend a good portion of our lives in bed. It should be comfortable. One more positive about this mattress. I use to have hip pain and I haven't experienced it since sleeping on this mattress. Take a chance and experience it for yourself.

Absolutely NOT for senior citizens, extremely difficult to change the sheets since this mattress is very heavy (queen size). I regret immensely buying it but after spending over $3000 I am stuck for life. 1st time putting a sheet on by trying to lift one side, something snapped in my shoulder & I have not recovered yet from this injury. I wish I could return it & recoup some of my money but I know it's not possible so unfortunately for me, I'll have to straggle with it for the rest of my life (I'm in my late 70's). Sorry Tempur-Pedic, I DO NOT RECOMMEND your mattress, this model or any other Tempur-Pedic model as well especially for older adults. For many years I had Sleep Number bed in king size (2 X twin) but after my husband passing, I moved & downsized so I bought this queen size mattress. I wish I could go back to the Sleep Number mattress & get rid of the Tempur-Pedic one but I can't afford to do just that.

Yepper, I love the firmness of this mattress. However, my wife doesn't. We both think it is way too heavy. Making up the bed requires both of us to lift the mattress--our combined age is greater than 150. We've only been sleeping on it for a month now, way too early to say I would or would not recommend this mattress, even though such a determination is required by this review website.
