Delivery was messed up twice with no regret for the impact it made on our lives. Limited communication to fix the issue; we were told we would get free pillows to make up for the difficulty, no communication since. When we reach out to Tempur-Pedic we were met with condescending responses and messages stating they couldn't find our order with our email despite sending screen shots of the purchase and exchanges with customer service. Despite the like or dislike of the bed we will never purchase from this company again. Customer service makes the difference and what we have received has been horrid

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. We love the bed. Haven't slept this well in years. My husband isn't snoring as much or I'm sleeping so much better I don't hear him. I don't wake up every two hours turning because I no longer hurt!! I could never lay on on side to long as my hip and knee would hurt. That's gone. What I blamed on back problems for years was 80% bed problems. Best money we've ever spent.

Our mattress was approximately 15 years old. We always had a topper over the pillow top but as in previous comments, the back knows. Couldn't handle it anymore and since we had slept on a relative with no problem decided on a tempurpedic. We decided on the pro-adapt medium hybrid. Once the sales lady turned on the remotes we were hooked. Now every night we fall asleep vibrating and it is so sweet! Love the cooling pillows and ordered the 2 for 1 sheets not too happy with those. They wrinkle!

I wake up feeling refreshed because I'm not tossing and turning at night. The removable cover is a huge plus as well. I don't have anything negative to say about this mattress. I read reviews that the mattress sleeps hot but I did not find this to be true.

I was looking to invest in a very good quality mattress and after spending many days researching and reading reviews and then several hours in stores laying on and trying out different mattresses, it ultimately came down to this model vs a traditional custom made mattress. Both were close to the same price point and ultimately I chose the Tempur Pro Adapt Hybrid. I love this bed for the fact that I no longer wake up with neck or back pain, and it is VERY comfortable, however the trade off is that I wake up drenched. Even though this was touted has having cooling properties, I did not find this to work for me. So if you are prone to sleeping on the warm/hot side, this is something to keep in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Tempur-pedic lasted nearly 18 years. The Pro Adapt Firm is comfortably cool and is a guaranteed restful sleep. We have a total of four in the house and they are the only mattresses we will sleep on.

Normally it takes me forever to go to sleep and toss and turn . But not with this bed ! I'm out in less than 15 minutes! That's a huge difference for me . This bed is like sleeping on a firm marshmallow! It's soft fits to your body .

I purchased the soft model of this mattress because I don't like firm and I have the mattress for almost 4 weeks now and it's still so firm they told me to give some time to adjust but I have more back pain ever sense I start sleeping on it. This mattress plus base cost over $4k and it's not comfortable at all will definitely return it.

I owned a Classic Tempurpedic for 15 years when they only made two styles. It served us well but finally dented to the point that replacement was required. I now sleep alone and weigh 100 pounds so the store's computerized mattress analysis determined I need the softest mattress. Since I live near the coast, it's cold most of the year. I wanted a mattress which retains warmth. I've had the Soft Adapt Queen for three weeks, and it is softening up and adapting to my body temperature and sleep pattern. It's light enough for me to lift the corners and attach fitted sheets. I intend to keep it and hope it becomes even better with use. This model is definitely an upgrade from my old one.
