I was waking up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. My neck, back, and hip would hurt so bad I started seeing a chiropractor twice week for the past six months! I purchased this mattress and my body doesn't feel sore, stiff and in pain anymore! I get a great nights sleep now I feel refreshed and recharged for the day ahead! I wish I had made this purchase a long time ago. I can't believe I tortured myself for so long sleeping on that old mattress! I am a customer for life!!!

I have Fibromyalgia and S.I joint pain and sleeping in a bed that cradles your body from top to bottom, is amazing! I wake up refreshed and my body aches are a lot less. I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried very hard over the years to get my wife to replace our aging mattress but she kept insisting it met her needs. She developed that cozy spot no matter how we turned or rotated the mattress. Then one day getting up she felt a spring poking through the cover and she said I think it's time to consider a new mattress. We went to a few stores and spent hours trying various brands and found this product to be incredible. It has the support comfort and temperature to allow a restful sleep where you wake up feeling well rested. The mattress is expensive and a bit disappointing that it is not manufactured in the United States hence the 4 star rating.

We decided to swap an older I-Comfort for the Tempur-Pedic. We have a Tempur-Pedic in our guest room which used to be our mattress. After the I-Comfort started to break down, we decided to go with what we knew had like. There was a marked difference in the Tempur over the I-Comfort. We are sleeping better and waking up with no aches in pains. I would encourage buyers to go to a retail outlet and not buy on-line.

This is a replacement for a tempur-pedic that 'lost it's memory' and sagged. This new mattress is extremely hard, but we really love it! We got so used to sleeping on the bad mattress that this one actually took us a few nights to get used to, but it has been well worth it! We knew from trying one out in the store that it didn't quite have that 'contouring' effect, but our last two mattresses had that and sagged within a short period of time. I have high hopes for this mattress!! Also, I'd like to say that tempur-pedic really stands behind their mattresses and my claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

My only complaint, after six weeks, is the outgassing of the bed. Initially the smell was very strong, so I did not even use the bed for the first 10 nights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not joking when I say I was debating between getting a new car or a new mattress and I have no regrets in choosing the mattress. I opted for the soft after days and days of debating. I didn't want to spend all this money to start sinking in an ultra soft mattress. However, it's not ultra soft, I actually was nervous it was too stiff at first. It is the perfect amount of sink into it while still being super supportive. I actually could not figure out why I was having such a hard time waking up for work even though I wasn't exhausted and it took me a week to realize it was because I was sleeping SO good, I was just literally not used to getting that good of sleep. For reference I am 5 feet tall and 140 pounds. I feel that information is crucial in reading reviews on a mattress I want. I am very glad I did not get the medium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Tempurpedic (TEMPUR-PROADAPT FIRM) and it is wonderful. We ordered the firm and it is really firm. It "gives"just enough to support your body in all the right places. I tend to sleep hot and so far no issues with waking up sweating. We have had hybrid mattresses from other online companies and not nearly the support and I would get sooo hot on those. I can sit in this one going through my computer for 1-2 hours before laying down to sleep and there is no collapse of the mattress where I was sitting. It is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this mattress because it was 'firm' and it is firm in the middle when i'm on it. however, the edges are not firm, and since i sit on the edge to get into my wheelchair, that's a problem. And i lean on it when i get into the bed, which makes the mattress move; that's not so bad because i can fix it easily when i'm off it. if a person with some disability is considering getting it, be sure to check the height; none of the 3" increments made it work for me, so my daughter got some things from the hardware and added them to two of the 3" leg parts, and now it's good.
