Never had such extreme pain in shoulders and hip with tingling in hands , waking up early morning hours such as 12:00 1:00am etc. Not sleeping waiting for our 30 days so we can exchange or get rid of it. Now we are waiting for soft pro adapt praying it will relief pain also purchase adjustable frame. Furniture store where we purchase does not refund how wonderful, so we had to go with another temper pedic. needless to say the expense is out of this world. Living on social security now this will hit us hard . well suck it up butter cup and learn from this experience never again! I google this problem was surprise to find I'm not alone with this discomfort . Just weird. My husband has no problem. I've started sleeping on our old mattress in another room which is strange after 43 years of marriage, and to my surprise the pain has eased up and back to normaL after four days. so I thought I give the bed another try and slept on husband side of bed , well the pain woke me up again and tingling in hands. Keep fingers cross peps that soft pro adapt will solve this problem should be here in another week they say.

The Tempur-Pedic brand comes with so many reviews and experiences that I was unsure as to the value and as to which version I should purchase. After months of trying out the Pro- adapt line, I settled on the soft. Night one felt a bit too firm. I read about walking on the mattress to break it in. I did that. Night two was great, and I can tell it will only get better. The bed is not too hot. It's not too hard to move on. It's supportive and very comfortable. I'm glad I got a Tempur-Pedic. And I'm glad I got the soft. The only complaint I have is that the mattress is not heavy enough to keep my top sheet from pulling out at the base; but I'll figure that out. Save yourself some time. Buy the soft Pro - adapt.

We have been sleeping in comfort on Tempur-Pedic for the last 11 years. We had a 20 year warranty and when our mattress developed a swag we upgraded to a Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. It took a while for our bodies to adjust to the firmer coil make up but as soon as it did our sleep has never been better. Thank you Temper- Pedic!

So comfortable, just firm enough to support your body. This is the second Pro Adapt I have bought in a year. We have two homes and this makes the fourth Tempurpedic I have bought in nineteen years. My hip pain went away after purchasing my first Pro Adapt last year. Will never purchase another type mattress.

We thought by now, we'd either love it or hate it. However, we have some good nights sleep and others where the firm mattress is "too" hard. We may end up switching it for the medium; we didn't think it would take this long to make a decision - - still not sure it's for us.

I finally gave in after I hurt my back trying to flip out king size mattress. We shopped around and finally decided on a Tempur-ProAdapt mattress. What a difference our purchase made. No more tossing and turning throughout the night and even better no more back pain in the morning. I had always attributed all of my morning aches and pains as just part of getting older. I was totally wrong. Now when I wake up in the morning I can actually hop out of bed and be ready to go. I no longer have to slowly stand up to get my back to the point where I can actually walk. Another really wonderful result of the new mattress is that neither of us feels the other one getting into or out of the bed allowing the other to continue to sleep undisturbed. Hands down this mattress is the best purchase we have made in regards to our comfort and well being.

From the first night with this mattress, I've slept better than I have in decades. I don't toss and turn like I used to. I often wake up in the same position in which I fell asleep. The first few steps out of bed are no longer tender. Knee pain and hip pain are absent. To say I'm happy with this mattress would be a serious understatement. After 19 years of sleeping on the original Tempur-Pedic Classic it was time to replace the mattress because of ruts. I wanted to purchase another Classic but the times, technology and Tempur-Pedic products have changed. I researched online information and went to several retail outlets to try to find a Tempur-Pedic mattress that was as close to the classic as I could find. The results was I purchased the Pro-Adapt firm and I could not be more confident in my purchase. This mattress is far superior to the original Classic and I am getting the best nights sleep ever.
