First few months it was great, but it's aged even more poorly than your average mattress and we seriously regret spending up for what we thought would be a quality product made to last. We did not buy the matching foundation, but our wood slats are well within the provided guidelines. Submitted a warranty claim, and until sag is bad enough you can see a full inch of sag without someone physically on the mattress they will not replace. Go with a cheaper option, you're not buying the product you think here.

My husband and I LOVE our new bed and base!! His back and hips sleep more comfortably than they have in years and he can get out of bed easily again. I love being cooler when sleeping...no more sweating all night for the first time in decades. Worth every penny!

The firmness of the ProAdapt is taking some getting used to, but it is getting much better. My husband is sleeping better than he has in years. He has back issues and has not been able to stay in bed all night, but that has changed with this Tempur-Pedic mattress. Highly recommend it!

We went with a medium thinking it was the same firmness as our first. It was not!! But there was no problem switching it to the firm, excellent customer service, by the way, and the second mattress shipped within days. It's just right, not too firm not too soft. comfortable bed, I currently have breeze rhapsody bought it at 2012-2013 old artvan , well when I bought It I thought it was comfortable but it kinda was firm.. there policy was awful.. so now I know better just go to temperpedic store.. not the quote official dealers.. Now I can't wait for my bed to get here, I have been having shoulder pain, and the new bed will be so much better.. I recently bought sleep number bed in October, and I am returning them they will be picked up next week.. so uncomfortable.. forever now a tempurpedic girl

I didn't think we could ever replace this very old mattress because it was SO PERFECT! It was also completely worn out after about 25 years or so. Well, we got the ProAdapt firm and it is just like our old one. I was just thrilled. Completely happy. Our clerk was extremely helpful in listening to my story about trying to find another Tempurpedic mattress like our original. She just pointed it out and said that was it. And it was! If you want a firm mattress, this is the one! We got free delivery in 2 days and interest-free financing for 5 years. I ordered new pillows and can't wait for them to come in! Thank you, Lisa!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally bought a new mattress this year. Although I cringed at the price, this mattress has been amazing. My joints feel good when I wake up. Before I would wake up, My back would be killing me and every joint in my body would hurt. Buying this is the best decision we could have made. It is not hot to sleep on. I do not toss and turn all night like I use to. I barely feel my husband move. I never thought I would sleep this well. I highly recommend this bed! We have not found any negatives yet.

the frame wiring is tripping out on lights in less than two years. the mattress got a split in it where i sleep, and they won't honor any warranty because there is a stain on the bed (people sleep on it, i have a 1 year old too (am i suppose to put a plastic sheet underneath?... heard they were the best on customer service and satisfaction but they are crap they denied my claim. 6k down the drain in 2 years.
