I can't count how many sets of Michelin tire I have purchased. Bought these for a Ford Transit Connect Titanium wagon. Spent numerous hours sound proofing it. Van is light and has basic suspension. Therefore asked for the best tire, irrespective of price, that would provide a smooth and quite ride, while providing good winter traction. The ride in now rough/stiff. Despite all the sound proofing, the road/tire noise is very pronounced, especially though the front struts. There is now a vibration that comes through the steering wheel, particularly at slower speeds, and to add insult to injury, the gas mileage is off a solid 10%. They do provide good winter traction, but so do the Michelin tires I put on my daughters car this summer, without all the downsides.

I bought these after watching "Engineering Explained" on YouTube. I wanted a high quality snow tire that wouldn't be noisy on the interstate. I drive a 2002 Nissan Sentra SER Spec-v. It's a true manual transmission with no traction control and entirely too much power and only front wheel drive. I do delivery driving and have to often drive offroad and on gravel. They perform excellent on inclines and have amazing grab on gravel roads. I have been in situations where any other time I would have been stuck and these just chew right through the snow and pull. After 10k miles they're showing minimal wear, I'm very happy and impressed!

I bought these tires five weeks ago. I asked my della person , I need tires for rain and snow.we have not had snow yet which is a big deal here in upstate Ny. No,not Albany but real upstate NY. We are 12 miles from the Canadian border. Both my husband and I can't believe how they hold the road.Every time we are in the car we comment on how much we appreciate our smart decision.

Just replaced long lasting Michelin X-ice with CrossClimate2 and these are fantastic tires. Handled 6" of snow with ease and no sideways sliding see with other tire designs. Braking performance is exceptional in snow and wet. See other reviewers whining about MPG decrease but it's minimalin my experience for what tire has to offer. Tire is extremely quiet considering aggressive tread pattern which is impressive. Another great tire from Michelin and highly recommend if live in snowy climate.

Overall, I have been happy with mire tire purchase. One of my priorities was improved traction with winter in Wisconsin about to start and the tires deliver. The only complaint is that my milage seems to have dropped which I suppose is not unexpected.

I've been driving on Michelin tires since I purchased a 1963 Citroen ID19, whilst I was stationed with 4CIBG in the CDN Army in West Germany. In 1972, I purchased a Volvo 142 in Canada. It came with Goodyear tires which were GARBAGE after 21,000 MILES (not Kms). The replacement Michelins lasted for 63,000 MILES (not Kms) as did their replacement Michelins. In 1975, I bought a new 1957 Ford F150. It came with Firestone original equipment tires. MORE GARBAGE after 19,000 MILES!! In 61 years, I've never had a bad experience with Michelin tires and I'm a ripe 87-year-old fart!!

Bought 3 months ago. Since then we have had snowfalls of up to 30 cm (12”) of snow and icy, compact snow roads as well as dry pavement. So fat these are about the best tires I have had on a regular vehicle. No spinning when starting out, quiet on dry pavement with good handling. One excellent thing I have noticed on ice and compact snow is little to no sideways sliding. Have not experienced heavy rainfall yet, but with traction in snow and on ice I do not expect any problems. These would be the perfect tire for the Lower Mainland of BC which gets heavy rain and occasional wet snow.

I am so glad I got the tires when I did. My car is still new and I thought my regular tires would be good enough for the winter here in Upstate New York, but the first hint of frost and I was sliding already. So I got my new CrossClimate tires about a month ago and I went through the foot high snow of our latest snowstorm without any problems.

Bought the CrossClimate2 in 2023 and used them less than a month because although they had good road handling, they were very noisy, rough and did not provide a smooth ride. I replaced them with the Pilot Sport 4S and am satisfied, but nothing ever came close to the Premier A/S I purchased in 2019. The Premier A/S were the best ever in ALL aspects 10/10! Unfortunately Michelin does not make the Premier A/S anymore for cars.

I found these tires back in 2021 when I found my Konig rims. Best tires I've ever had and I'm about to order 4 more now that the ones I have are getting worn. Definitely feel like I've put over 60,000 miles considering I drive for a living and I'm just now needing new tires.
