I got our LuxeAdapt a few weeks ago and could not be happier with our selection! Our old mattress was 10+ years ago so it was time for an update and my goodness - it has been a dream to sleep on! The amazing design allows me to fall asleep so much faster and for longer periods too. Even with my light sleeping habits, I hardly wake up to any movements from my husband's side with their motion canceling technology. I chose the firm option and wouldn't have it any other way. It gives me the firm support I need, but still molds to my body to alleviate those pressure points. Even my husband has been raving about how refreshed he feels in the morning thanks to our new LuxeAdapt. If you're thinking about investing in a Tempur-Pedic, do it! Our old mattress was also a Tempur so you know I'm a true fan of their brand and quality products. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hesitant on buying this mattress because it's quite the investment...but let me tell you! This mattress was made by the GODS. It is the perfect combination of plush and firm because it is more of a medium firm. You kind of just sink in just enough for it to mold to your shape and body. Every single person that has laid down on this mattresses wishes they had one themselves...true story. If you can afford it, don't even hesitate like I did. I have a herniated lumbar disc that is extremely annoying and affects every single aspect of my life and Tempur-Pedic has helped me with my back pain and with the quality of sleep. I LOVE my mattress.

I was waking up several times a night on my old mattress and a friend who slept on a Tempurpedic at a hotel suggested that I try one since she had a great night. The first night I slept on it I slept all thru the night. I love this mattress. The pillow is also amazing. Several years ago i injured my back and the Luxe Soft helps me. Best purchase I ever made.

I've been struggling with a neck and shoulders issue + TMJ, where everything tenses up badly. I've gone through several different types of beds ( serta firm, air mattress etc ) This is the first mattress that has truly helped relax my stiff muscles rather than exacerbating the situation further. It hasn't cured me of course, but it's gone a long way in alleviating my symptoms. Actual good night's rest of neck and shoulders has made a huge difference. I am on the lighter side ( 115 lb ) so I think the soft is perfect for me. Shipping was frustratingly longer than anticipated, and the delivery men did not know how to actually set up the bed base ( so now I need to wait for additional service people to come out...- also frustratingly slow) but in the meantime I've slept on the mattress, and thus far it has been well worth the wait for the product. It has been so comfortable in fact, that I barely find myself moving once settled. It's made sleeping on my back easier ( a necessary adjustment I've had to make ) , but is also soft enough for rare times I side sleep.

Salesman Nidebele was very helpful both before the purchase, delivery confirmation and afterwards. Great quality but mattress is several days only......still a little firm. The salesman has followed up on this and he assures me the mattress will soften up some as compared to the demo unit at the store. No worries here. Very satisfied.

This is the worst mattress I've ever owned! It's soft and comfortable for a few minutes, then it feels like you're sleeping on a furnace! I've woken up sweating every night since we got it about 2 months ago, even after turning the thermostat to 65 and turning on a fan. I'm very petite, so it's not like I'm a large person sinking too far. We have a split king and I just laid on my husband's side and it feels like it is starting to sink in the middle. Very disappointed in the beds after we spent so much!!

I should say was hard for me, because this mattress has changed my entire life/sleep routine with how comfortable it is. I now have no problem falling asleep, thanks to Zero Gravity mode. There's nothing bad about this mattress.
