I really like these things. I was pleasantly surprised. I liked that the noodles are thin that they have 10 g of protein. I didn’t expect a lot of vegetables because most Ramen noodles don’t have a lot of vegetables. If I want vegetables, I steam a few vegetables on the side or cook them in the microwave and then add them to the top of my Ramen. I loved the taste. I did cook the noodles in beef broth instead of water which I think helps and I used low sodium beef broth. I found them to be yummy and I have wanted to try them for several years but just never wanted to pay the price at that time. But now that they are on sale I bought a couple of boxes and I’m so glad I did. You could have this with a salad on the side. For lunch.. It is worth giving them a try if you are on the fence.

Good flavor, easy to fix with water in microwave. Sodium is 1010 mg (44%). No actual visible meat, has less than 2% beef fat and a little powdered chicken. I like it but wouldn't eat more than one per day.

I thought there were more vegetables. Maybe 1/4 teaspoon. I have 7 packets left. I am going to add frozen mixed vegetables and some chicken. Disappointed.

The packaging makes this look like a delicious balanced mix of veggies and noodles, but don't be deceived! You get a pile of noodles and a couple flecks of dried veggies. The sauce is okay, but all together extremely lackluster. Would not recommend.
