[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size! Especially the depth of the shelves. It has room enough for big dishes and platters without losing all my grocery space.i also like the ease of moving shelves when needed.And 2 sizes of ice is a plus.

I noticed my Samsung RF 32CG not cooling the fridge while the freezer seemed ok. It wasn't until I removed the freezer door and the back panel that I noticed a small powered door that opens to the fridge to cool by way of a fan. It think this little door got stuck because after I pushed it open and tested it the fridge cools now. when the freezer door opens the fan stops and the access door to the fridge closes until you close the freezer door then the fan starts up again and the little door opens to blow cool air into the fridge. It looks like this little door can stick and not let cool air up to the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It has so much space (especially the wide deli drawer-it goes on for miles!) Plenty of room for larger containers in the doors, and somehow it manages to keep produce fresh for extended periods. I also love the ice machine that makes two sizes of ice..at the same time. The stainless steel doors remain clean and smudge free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent LARGE fridge, as long as you don't need a water dispenser. Works great. Makes two types of ice (unfortunately our tap water is BAD). Lots of room for whatever you need to store. Love the bottom freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Mega Capacity fridge so far! We haven't had it long yet but so far everything seems fine. We did not hook up our fridge to water / did not hook up the ice maker for personal preferences. The Smart Things app is cool and useful to track the fridges usage and be able to check the door is closed when out of the house. Of course the storage is our favorite part. It is so spacious without taking up more space than other fridges with the same dimensions. We can fit so much in this fridge which is needed for our love of cooking!

We didn't need bells and whistles, just a fridge large enough for a family of 7 with an ice maker. The only wish we have is that it had more configuration options. The sliding shelf is on the right side and it would work better on the left for us. It doesn't feel stable enough to keep heavier items on. With the location of our fridge, the left door doesn't fully swing open so we have to kind of reach around the door to place heavier objects on the more stable shelf. Just a mild and easily-overcome inconvenience. The dual sized ice cube maker is fantastic! Larger ice for cups/glasses, smaller ice for water bottles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent refrigerator. Very quiet and the lighting inside is great. The arrangement of the shelves and drawers works for us. Also like the outside stainless which is resistant to fingerprints. It is so large we have not yet begun to fill it up. Seems larger than our old refrigerator, even though they are the same size on the outside.

Bought this in Dec 2023. Stopped working Nov 2025. Samsung support is terrible. They make you jump through multiple hoops with suggestions for two authorized repair dealers ina. City of 1.5 million people. Compressor has 10 year warranty, but Th catch is that labour is not included. Buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this refrigerator. The capacity is amazing. Love the ice maker, it's much nicer than having it in the door. It works well and no complaints. I've always had good luck with Samsung products.
