We're sorry your decoration arrived without the hardware or instructions, LC. If you world, double check the interior flaps of the box to ensure the hardware is not taped to the inside of the box. Multiple missing parts - no instructions!

box has no hardware, no stakes, no remote, nothing but the large pieces. No instructins

The hardware and yellow instruction envelope should be taped to one inside end of the box so it doesn't get lost.
