Love the size and the quality of this skillet for cooking eggs. Initially I have not sprayed it with olive oil. It was initially not sticking. However it has been sticking recently. Guess it does need olive oil spray. Only issue I’ve had with it.

Well made for heavy usage. Has the weight, balance, and toughness to win the day for a short order cook. I am retired and love whipping up breakfast for my great grandchildren!

High quality pan

We love these skillets.

First time I used the pan I put a little butter in it, took it up to medium heat, cracked an egg into it and watched it cook. After a couple of minutes I picked up the pan and the egg just slid around with no resistance. Flipped the egg over, waited a minute, lifted the pan to slide the egg onto a plate and it didn't move. Stuck solid. had to use a spatula to get most of it out of the pan. Returned it the next day.

I've purchased these pans for years and previously they seemed fairly durable. The last two I purchased were less than satisfactory. We always hand wash the pans with non abrasive liquid and cloth and always use non metallic utensils. The non-stick coating only lasted about a year.

Bought this as a replacement for a friend whose pan I accidentally damaged, i have ended up using it from time to time my self and it is hands down the nicest pab in the house. The heaver gadge aluminum gives the pan a better weight than the thinner pans to which I have been accustomed. It also allows the pan to distribute heat more evenly. Equally, the grip on the handle allows for a firm perchace to prevent droping.

These pans are all great and perfect for eggs. The only minor downside is they do eventually wear out. We had to buy a second one after the pervious one stopped being very non-sticky. But we used it a LOT and I would not call it unreliable...every non-stick has to wear out at some point.

Loaded it into dishwasher before first use and the bottom of the pan was discolored. The pan still worked and Teflon side appeared to be undamaged. I looked for a disclaimer on the packaging about being dishwasher safe but I couldn't find one. Other than that it's a nice little pan. Sturdy and non-stick. Perfect for frying an egg!

Best line of nonstick frying pans. Great quality for the price. I have all three sizes.
