Good skillet. I had a set of Member’s Mark non stick skillets for over 20 years. The set was a 10” and an 8”. The non stick surface on the old ones was still good. I passed them down to my adult child and bought new ones for myself both the 10” and this 8”.

This has been used almost daily since I purchased it. I am impressed with the even heating and non stick qualities so far. The reason for the 4 star review is although nothing but non metal utensils have been used, I have two "marks" (not scratches) on the finish of the pan.

The 8" frying pan is a little bit thicker and heavier than I expected, although this makes for even cooking. The three bolts that secure the handle, get gunked up with whatever you are cooking, and it's difficult to clean up. It's definitely non stick. The foods just glide off the pan without a hitch.

I was honestly surprised at the quality of this skillet. I had purchased the 10" earlier in the year and it was better than the ceramics and other non-stick pans I had. I need a smaller pan for like eggs, pancakes and single meals do I thought I'd try it. I actually had to have it shipped from another Sam's because my local Sam's didn't carry it. These pans are not light weight or flimsy. I do wish they had their own lids, but my 8 or 10" lids fit just fine. I've paid more for other skillets, but not again.

Worth the price for it.

The slippery handle is caused by grease getting between the metal handle and the silicone protector sleeve. Slide it off, put it over a tine on the top rack of your dishwasher and wash it. You also have to completely clean the metal handle of any grease. I simply wash them both in the dishwasher once a month. Problem solved!

I had read the great reviews before I bought it and it's just as good as the reviews.

I needed this 8” pan for “small stuff” cooking and is perfect. I would recommend to everyone.

I wish I would have purchased fry pan years ago. Excellant quality.
