The non-stick on these pans is fantastic. These pans are perfect for omelettes. This purchase was my second because I wanted another in order to cook omelettes for a large group. The one I purchased about 5 years ago is still in perfect shape with no scratches in the non-stick surface.

I have these pans in every size available and they are some of the best and sturdiest frying pans I have ever owned. The non stick coating holds up extremely well; food slides right out and I love the rubberized handle which I believe is oven proof to a certain temperature. If I ever have to replace these pans I will definitely purchase them again.

This pan is great, however the handle protecti grip tends to slide off often.

Nice weight and size, easy to clean, cooks evenly.

Worth the price for it.

Perfect size . Not to heavy or lightweight. Great for small servings. Have the matching 10 inch and love them both .
