How to fix slippery handle...

The slippery handle is caused by grease getting between the metal handle and the silicone protector sleeve. Slide it off, put it over a tine on the top rack of your dishwasher and wash it. You also have to completely clean the metal handle of any grease. I simply wash them both in the dishwasher once a month. Problem solved!

I've used these pans for years, and just bought replacements. What's confusing me is the write-up says NSF certified, but the contents clearly say "contains PFAS." How does that translate to safe??
