I purchased this mattress at the end of May it is noe the beginning of August. There is a noticeable divot already where I lay and I feel like I'm going to roll out of the bed. I rotated the mattress this morning so it can at least wear evenly. However, it shouldn't be this worn down on one side after 3 months.

Don't buy!! Didn't even last a year!

We bought this mattress less than a year ago and already it sinks in where my husband and I sleep. I now wake up each morning with a sore lower back. When I was able to sleep directly in the middle between where my husband and I usually sleep that was the one morning that I woke up without a sore back. I didn't keep the wrapper so I remember being told that I won't be able to return it without the wrapper that it came in. I loved it at first and thought it would be good. I wish I had know the quality wasn't good enough to last even a year. :(

Scammers!

Do not buy online from Sam's Club. The delivery company refuses to deliver my bed and Sam's club refuse to give me a refund because the delivery company puts a new date on the computer every week. I am having my bank dispute this. What a headache from scammers!

not worth the money

this is nice to look st, but thats all. there's more lumps than a kid with acne. customer service agreed to refund my money only if i purchased another beautyrest mattress. I'll probably take it back to Sam's for a full refund. purchased april 2025 .returning 12. 2025 it's sagging a little already !!!

What Pain!! (poor quality mattress/“service”)

I purchased this mattress and box spring set in May, 2025. This was supposed to be to replace a mattress purchased through Sam's Club in 2022 which claimed to have a 10 year warranty. After having the mattress for three months, it developed many deep craters and showed the poor quality overall. Which also caused a vast level of health issues for my husband and me. After two years of hassle and sending picture after picture of the defective mattress they said they would not honor the warranty due to a “stain” seen on pictures that I sent in. I'm not clear on how a small stain would have ANY impact on the horrible quality of the mattress. Sam's Club offered a partial gift card. With said gift card, I put it towards the purchase of this mattress. Since.I placed the order for the Beautyrest mattress, I have been told my single order has been cancelled four times- so far (from one order) and the delivery company (RXO) has made an appointment with me for a delivery. However, RXO continues to send texts about the delivery. When I get through to a rep, their representatives continue to tell me my order is cancelled. Why send a text if my order is cancelled?! When this was brought up to Sam's Club, I was informed there are “internal issues with my order which caused it to be cancelled”. How does my order being placed “cause it to be cancelled”? Sam's Club representatives have lied to me, they have passed the buck, and now I have taken a day off from work to wait for a delivery that will never arrive. If you have a choice - do NOT use Sam's Club for your mattress purchase. If you value your health, sanity, and money - shop anywhere but Sam's Club for a mattress.

Middle of the mattress is higher than the sides of

I bought a beauty rest queen size mattress about 30 days ago. The mattress itself in the middle of it is higher than the sides of the mattress. So when you’re laying on it, you feel like you’re gonna roll off. It seems to be comfortable, but it’s just not even all over. You turned to your side and you feel like it’s just gonna roll you back over on your back because of the middle of the mattress is up higher. I would not recommend this mattress. Also, when you sit on the side of the bed, there’s no support in there.

Sagging

I slept on the twin mattress one night and it was glorious. After night two i felt extremely tired in the morning. Night three i woke with a backache and headache. I pulled back my sheets and mattress protector and the middle of the bed is so caved in. Your body sinks in the middle. Worst mattress i ever purchased. Cant believe this had 5 stars. Impossible.
