Horrid!! Will NOT slide together, tried everything. Ridiculous. Reviews warned me but their video lied & made look easy. Now just bug plastic hunks. I was really fooled. & YES tried all sorts of lubricants to no avail.

I would give this chair 0 stars if I could! I ordered 2 of these chairs and they were back to my local Sam's club within 2 hrs after delivery! No directions were in one of the boxes so good thing we got 2. Plastic had flaws all over. When we went to assemble them the back of the chair would not go willingly into the side rockers, even using dish soap as advised. My husband kept trying to force it in with his body and a rubber mallett. One slipped out and busted him in the lip! I don't know if the 2 we got were defective or what but it was definitely not easy assembly!

I just received this chair yesterday but wanted to leave a review that might help others. The chair is just as described. Seems to be of very good quality. I hope it's durable. It is very comfortable. It is light enough that I carried it up the stairs by myself. Would be nice to have someone to help hold things during the assembly process but other than that, was a breeze. What I wanted to share was a tip for when you assemble the chair. Look at the photo in the directions for step 1 very carefully. You don't drop the back down on the arms from the very top. You push the back into the arm about midway down and then slide down. I started out dropping from the top and it not working when I got a pair of magnifying glasses and really looked at the photo and saw what the directions were actually saying but was going over my head for some reason. Hope it helps! Oh, also, SAMS has the chair for about $50 less than Bed Bath and Beyond FYI.

We ordered 2 white rockers for our front porch. Easy enough to put together with 2 people. They’re a bit big & awkward, but one person could probably do it. Definitely recommend using soapy water to help slide and “seat” the parts. My husband is 6’ and I’m 5’ 4” for reference and neither of us are petite individuals, but they’re comfy and seem sturdy so far. Also, shipping was quick and no damage.

Only 4 pieces to slide together, no tools required. Solid & very comfortable.

Quite nice, will have a better idea mid summer after daily usage.
