Like others have mentioned it’s more of a throw blanket than a rug. It’s very soft and feels nothing like your typical rug. Also vacuuming is a pain, stitch around the edges will unravel if it gets sucked in by vacuum so I’m constantly cutting strings. Not worth the hassle. Good luck washing a 9x12 rug, must be taken to the cleaners with commercial washers.

It's a beautiful rug, love the colors and pattern. However, it's IMPOSSIBLE to vacuum with our Shark corded vacuum. It sucks the rug up going forward and backwards. We share our home with 3 German Shepherds and I cannot have a rug that cannot be vacuumed. Unless you have a stick vacuum, I do not recommend if you have pets.

I like the pattern and colors of the rug. It is very neutral and goes with everything. It is very soft and feels good on your feet. The idea of being washable, is good in theory. The 9x12 is really big and heavy. I don’t think you could even get it in a laundry mat washer. It came with a stain on it, but I was able to get it out with a wet rag and some stain remover.

Rug is wonderful except its almost impossible to vacuum. We have a dyson vacuum and even on the lowest suction you can't vacuum it. The only way we have been able to is by using a small vacuum attachment and it takes forever to do. I would not buy this rug again.

I definitely shouldve read the reviews. Rug is impossible to vacuum even with a cheap vacuum. It shifts and bunches everytime we move the coffee table. Theres no washers big enough to fit it so washing it is also near impossible. Its fraying on the edges after just a month and always looks dirty

Great rug overall. As others have mentioned it is pretty thin so it's hard to vacuum unless you hold it down but still a soft rug. It pulled my living room together. I do have a dog so his nails have snugged the edges a bit but it doesn't look bad. I would definitely recommend especially for the price point.

Dyson vacuum will not work on it. my sis in law bought the same rug and we loved it because it's so soft but she actually returned it because of her vacuum not working with it. The rug is beautiful and a great size so we tried it and had the same issue - unfortunately I will have to return. I wanted to keep it but won't work with 3 kids and a dog!

Please think long and hard about purchasing this rug. After buying numerous rugs from Sams, had total confidence in purchasing this rug. Would love to return it but haven't found it in my purchase history even though every purchase is made with a Sam's card. Have only been using it two or three months and it is a hot mess. It can NOT be vacuumed. Even bought another type vacuum, but it just wads up. This rug should come with a TRIP HAZARD WARNING. Every time you walk on it much less dare to move a chair and inch, it wads up and trips people. Even bought a pad and put underneath, still wads. This is my first negative review so that speaks volumes. I would really appreciate someone in customer service contacting me. Thank you for reading.
