I replaced the tires on my Roadtrek 200 Motor home. I couldn't believe the difference in the handling, how it held the road. They made the ride much smoother with less rattle in the vehicle. I own 5 vehicles and in the future will use Michelin on all of them. I can drive with confidence!

Have had 7 LTX-MS2 tires replaced in the last year. Failures ranged from blowout at freeway speeds due to tread separation, sidewall puncture, tread penetration thru the belts by virtually anything. The 6th was a sudden sidewall failure and upon changing the tire noticed that the rip was about 4 inches long but the interesting part was the sidewall only had ONE belt--not two like printed on the tire. Previously ran 2 sets of Michelin tires over 100,000 miles each with NO failures.

although i've only had this set of michelin ltx m/s tires for less than six months, what i've noticed so far is the smoothness and quietness of the ride they seem to provide. obviously, at less than six months old, there is no visible ware whatsoever. i'm happy with the tires and if they give me close to their warrantied life i'll likely buy another set.

Just very happy with tires. handles wet weather great. roads in fl when raining us to give me a problem b4 getting these. i highly rec. these. and i would purchase again!!! safety first. its funny but i always ck tires b4 driving any where just encase a flat or something..and i see my tires and said to myself self GOOD PURCHASE!! I had the original Michelin LTX MS and now have about 500 miles on the new Defender LTX MS. I think Michelin really got it right with the whole design of this tire. The original LTX is a great beloved tire. It provides good all season traction, a smooth quiet ride and decent tread life. I see the difference to the LTX MS2 and the Defender LTX I am driving is mostly in the outer shoulder block tread design. Its not open so water and slush can evacuate more easily. I like this idea. So far I love the new Defender. My only advice to Michelin and keep a decent tread depth on your tires. For an SUV or truck 11/32 should be the minimum.

I'm 69 and have used Michelins exclusively for as long as I can remember. We have 2 vehicles, a1996 Ford F-150 and a 1997 Ford Expedition. These vehicles have a combined mileage of close to 400,000 and have been Michelin equipped since new. The tires wear like iron and yet offer an extremely comfortable and quiet ride, providing superior wet weather driveability.

I bought my first set of Michelins in 1973 for an Opel Manta Ralley and never used anything other tire unless the car came with something else. Bought a Honda Accord one time and forced them to put a set of Michelins on before i woyuld agree to the deal. My duaghter was going to be driving the car and didn't want her to have any issues with her tires and have a great trust for the Michelin Brand!

I have about 30,000 miles on these tires. I previously had 2 sets of LTX M/S 2 tires and they were great. I have never been able to get these tires to balance properly. On certain road surfaces, these tires vibrate and make the steering wheel shake. It's not all roads and not always at the same speeds. I will not buy these again. Please build the LTX M/S 2 again.

good ride and grip. they are weather checking on the sidewall by the tread though. very good when tread is new. the last 1/8 inch they are worn and i can spin the drive tire on wet easy and slide on corners. the tire is only average when it is worn down over 2/3 i would say. new though they are super

I bought the Michelin LTX M/S tire at a local tire dealer several years ago. I don't remember how many miles the tire was suppose to last but when I took them off I had added 94,000 to the truck. After I took them off a friend put them on a trailer. Thanks P.S. They were very good on a wet road.
