Glad to receive purchase,but it did not have paper in packaging to keep the container from shifting. Consequently package got knocked around and I have a lot of crumbs rather than biscuits.

Wonderful product when bought in store, but integrity of these biscuits gets lost in transmit. They arrive in pieces with a lot of crumbs—and somewhat stale.

VERY disappointed in this container, which was mostly crumbs. Tasted delicious, but possibly due to being shipped? I usually buy the larger biscotti and will only purchase those in the future.

just great....had them yrs ago. thought I could only buy @ Costco %26 Sam's Clubs. was so glad to see them on line, in 2 different sizes.

Great Brooklyn New York Italian bakery taste. The ONLY issue that I have is that a significant portion of the screw top container consists of broken biscotti pieces, crumbs and product "dust" I'll keep buying them because of the taste and texture, but the manufacturer should realize that the absolutely careless packaging is hurting them in the long run.

I like the product. two complaints: (1) they are not carried in-store, and (2) too many broken pieces in the jars

Love these. Just wish they were sold in stores. A real inconvenience to have to order these over and over.

Great cookis, dissapointed ontainer has gotten smaller used to be 40 ounces now its 36 ounces you get less product and pay more

Had these a few times now, but this time I received mostly biscotti powder, crumbs, and broken pieces!! Glad I was not serving to guests! I will be calling customer service. It's funny you can't find a Sam's Club customer service phone number on Sam's website. (Only a Walmart number.) You can only find Sam's number with an online search. Go figure.
