The package arrived crushed and in small pieces. I sent a complaint via website to Sams club in La Habra. CA. So far no answer.

All cookies were broken. Didnt taste fresh, nothing like the ones publix has. Doesn't even taste like biscotti.

These biscotti are truly delicious and nutritious, I have been buying them for 3 years and I will continue to buy them.

The cookies are always tasty, but wish I could see and purchase them physically at a store. They are sometimes crumbled when I receive them shipped.

The anise seed flavor (black licorice) came through strong. We happen not to like black licorice/anise. They were otherwise a good value, crunchy, generous portion.

I don't know why they send these in a box with no padding. Ordered two containers, a lot of the biscotti and crumbled and broken...has happened before....

Somebody must opened this bottle already and took some out of it. The cover seal was already torn and the bottle was not full. I think 15~20 % was gone.

they were not fresh and crispy. very disappointed

Returned item , sent without proper packaging and all were broken.
