No complaints it was easy to install and very high quality. In the application we used it for a gutter on the edge would be a benefit.  We used it as a porch cover and the splash on the ground tends to invade the space

The gazebo is excellent, heavy-duty quality. For a 20x9 size, you ideally need 5 people to connect the first section since it’s quite heavy. Most parts lined up easily — we only had to get a little creative once to slide a piece into place. It took two of us about 7 hours to complete, with my husband doing most of the work. We brought in extra help when it was time to connect the upright pieces. Pouring and attching footers will be the next task.

Loved the look. Was nervous when I started opening the boxes and saw what looked like an impossible task was ahead. I have to give kudos to back yard discovery for the directions that came with this gazebo. It not only walked you through step by step flawlessly everything down to the smallest nuts and bolts were marked with a letter and number system. Said it was gonna take ten hours with three guys. We completed it in six. Granted we were three competent people but first time putting together a gazebo.

We have a pretty dull backyard. Fence is falling apart. Dogs have destroyed the grass. I can’t even tell you how much this product changed things. We just did a little sprucing up and now it’s like a totally different house. Thank you Back yard discovery!

We needed a gazebo for our unique patio size, this one was the only one we could find at the time and I'm glad we went with it. Ordering was easy delivery was amazing, the packing job was outstanding. Assembly was straightforward using the instructions provided as well as the built app. It's very solid and looks great on our patio and we get a lot of compliments.

This is the perfect size for our yard. I was worried about it being too big but because the design is so sleek it looks almost like it was built to be right off our house where we have it. The steel matches the black exterior of our house in a perfect way.

Turned out great. This thing is heavy duty! Directions were super easy to follow. I did 90% of this by myself so it did take a couple hours of longer days. My only complaint is the screws to bolt it to the concrete were pretty weak and I had two that had the head snapped off. I ended up getting my own hardware for fixing it to my patio.

Purchased this pergola and was excited to get it assembled. The delivery company wasn’t the best they dropped the boxes at the very end of the driveway in pouring rain. Aside from that, very pleased with this product. The assembly was grueling but the Bilt app really helped immensely. The assembly took way longer than expected, part of that was on the assembler’s fault because he dove in without really reviewing the instructions. The posts and brackets orientation to account for the slated roof could have been described better. They were initially installed backwards so there was additional time lost to un-assemble and re-assemble. One the framework was built, the roof and latter steps were smooth and quick. Overall, loving the purchase and the pergola is sturdy and beautiful. It has held up perfectly with rain and severe thunderstorms (including hail). I am pleased and I would recommend.
