I used to buy a women’s multivitamin from GNC, Then there was a medical article that advised this product helps to prevent Alzheimer’s. Started taking it and have no complaints.

I just started these vitamins so it's difficult to tell if I had any changes. I'll get back to you in a few months. I did see that they had many positive reviews lately, both in newspapers and tv lately.

These are my regular vitamins. Love the amount that I can get for the price. However I would love to see these as a gummy as it would be easier to take. The bigger pills can be hard to swallow!

Centrum vitamins are really good. I have been taking Centrum daily for several years. I have tried several different multivitamins and I think Centrum and s a very good product.
