Seems to be fine. I used to take handfuls of supplements and since these have almost everything in them that all those supplements do, it saves money.

When I am taking these vitamins, I can tell a difference in how I feel. Overall, I just feel better and have a bit more energy than usual. So far, these have not made me nauseous as many vitamins tend to do.

I have found that I tend to be a little anemic unless I take a multi vitamin with some iron in it. Centrum silver for women is the only brand I have find that includes a small amount of iron in its vitamins for people over 50. Sam's has them at a great price.
