I take one every day

After a couple of weeks in, I could no longer get the cap off and I had to take a hammer to it. Also, (unrelated to the first problem), the large tablet feels like it gets stuck in my chest and causes me minor discomfort until I can drink more fluid to try and get it all the way down.

Very hard to swallow these. They get stuck my throat, which is an awful feeling. While it is stuck, it feels like the worst heartburn. I usually have to eat something, as well as drink a bunch of water, to get it unstuck. I've been taking these for 10+ years and this is a recent issue for me. I don't know if they've changed them, or my esophagus has changed (aged). Either way, I am looking for a new vitamin now.

With 3/4 left in the bottle, my husband and I both have a lot of trouble unscrewing the cap. The last 2 times my husband had to use plumbers pliers to get the cap off due to the poor childproof cap design. He was able to remove the outside purple gripping ring and now it is a piece of cake to open.
