It does not leaves a reaction on my babies skin. I love pampers I've been using them for years now. Don't make any noise when they walk. I absolutely love that it has side to take off I don’t have to slide them down and get them dirty if they have an accident. I could get the side to take them off with the Velcro and ball them up to throw it the trash pampers are very creative with this because I’ve used the competition pull-ups and also they don’t have the handles to takeoff. I would have to rip it off or pull it down which will cause a mess.
