This probably the 8th one we have bought. We have given them to family and friends as Christmas or house warming gifts. This one Was a replacement for one that broke. Our experience is they last about 3 years then some part will fail. We are so dependent on them that we always have a spare in the box. My wife and I love our bidet toilet seats.

Best price you can get for an electric bidet. Works as it should. My first one is years old now. This second one performs as well as the older one. Just tell your other family members to not lean back heavily as it cracks the cover hinge. My old one does not soft close the hinge anymore.

DO NOT ORDER, They do not have this in stock and it will never be delivered. Ordered twice, FedEx label created, product never received by FedEx to make delivery. Customer service said they confirmed stock yet could never get it to ship. Good way to collect your money and invest it while you wait. FRAUD will be reported to the FTC.

I ordered this item originally in May, it said shipped but was never sent to FedEx. Sam's customer service issued a reorder, and that one again was not sent to FedEx despite saying shipped on Sam's order status. The same situation is now happening a third time and Sam's customer service has been unable to tell me why, or provide satisfactory correction to the issue.

I purchased this a few years ago and really liked it. But over time, the actual toilet seat has yellowed extremely badly. I was OK with that since it was in my private bathroom. Recently however, the yellowing has changed to brittleness. The seat has now cracked both on the bottom side and last week, a large crack opened up on the top side. The electronics still function, but the product is unusable. This is a very high price for something that falls apart over time. I have searched for a phone number for the company to see if the seat can be replaced to no avail. I would not recommend this product based on its material quality.
