Ordered This Bidet Toilet Seat Twice. In each instance Received a Notification Item had been shipped. Never arrived twice. After speaking with someone in an overseas Call Center I asked to speak to someone "Stateside". Spoke to the person and she said she would contact the 3rd party Vendor and find out what had happened. Finally received an email back which said; "Your order is showing refunded and cancelled. I do apologize. I have reached out to the vendor to see what happened. If you still wish to get this item you would need to reorder the item as it has been refunded". Very Disappointed in the lack of Follow Up from Sams/Walmart as I was not offered any assurance I could get the Item if I ordered it? And from some of the other reviews I can see the problem exists with other Customers as well. Why Would this Item continue to be offered on the Sams Website?

Bought this to replace an old Intelliseat, which was developing weak spray unresponsive to flushing and washing the filter. Have had similar problems with our other Intelliseat, although both have lasted over 10 years. Would buy them again in ten years as that seems a reasonable life span.

I bought this a couple months ago and love it. The only problem i had installing it was the T they sent was the wrong one had to go buy another one so if you buy one of these just go to hardware store and get a T because the one they send will leak....

It took less than a hour to install and have it operating. Great starter seat.

Features compare with much higher priced models. Very easy to install in 30 minutes or less.

Nice design, many features, workmanship and material looks and feels fragile not worth the money. Installation was self-explanatory, no difficulties whatsoever. I'll be watching closely how it functioning.

bought this for my mother in an assisted living facility. She previously had an expensive Toto version of this seat. The seat matches up with the old expensive one very well.

Bought 3 units for the rest of our bathrooms after having bought a Toto 5 years ago. These units work just as well for a third its cost. Love them so far
