Ordered the item July 30, Fedex ticket created July 31st, but Fedex has to date never received the product. Unable to chat or communicate with Sam's Club on their website due to ORACLE error. Did comment on a facebook ad and was contacted via email to describe the issue. That was a week ago and still not had a response. Although the Invoice says I will not be charged until the item ships, I was charged on Aug 2. I had the credit card company reverse the charge. If your going to show and item, I trust you check with your vendors that they will process the orders promptly and communicate any issues.

Love it! But the spray sometimes goes askew. But the order/delivery service from Sam's is consistently substandard.

I have 2 Japanese style toilets with all the gizmo's built in. Sure, it is expensive but you get what you pay for. This seat heats up slow, obviously can't flush for you and the water pressure is weak with no setting to adjust it. Good seat for $100 but not for $200!

I purchased this a few years ago and really liked it. But over time, the actual toilet seat has yellowed extremely badly. I was OK with that since it was in my private bathroom. Recently however, the yellowing has changed to brittleness. The seat has now cracked both on the bottom side and last week, a large crack opened up on the top side. The electronics still function, but the product is unusable. This is a very high price for something that falls apart over time. I have searched for a phone number for the company to see if the seat can be replaced to no avail. I would not recommend this product based on its material quality.

Bought this to replace an old Intelliseat, which was developing weak spray unresponsive to flushing and washing the filter. Have had similar problems with our other Intelliseat, although both have lasted over 10 years. Would buy them again in ten years as that seems a reasonable life span.

Ordered This Bidet Toilet Seat Twice. In each instance Received a Notification Item had been shipped. Never arrived twice. After speaking with someone in an overseas Call Center I asked to speak to someone "Stateside". Spoke to the person and she said she would contact the 3rd party Vendor and find out what had happened. Finally received an email back which said; "Your order is showing refunded and cancelled. I do apologize. I have reached out to the vendor to see what happened. If you still wish to get this item you would need to reorder the item as it has been refunded". Very Disappointed in the lack of Follow Up from Sams/Walmart as I was not offered any assurance I could get the Item if I ordered it? And from some of the other reviews I can see the problem exists with other Customers as well. Why Would this Item continue to be offered on the Sams Website?

I had never used a bidet before, but due to shoulder surgery, I figured it would help. I put it in before the surgery, and it was a snap hooking it up. I am sort of a handyman but it was fairly easy to do. It is powered by AC so you need to have a plug in. The cord to the Bidet could have been longer, but by using a plug box I was able to hid the cord under the vanity. After some experimentation, I figured out what the best settings to use were and it really worked well. My wife had a problem (user I think) as she was kind of skeptical about it so I need to further show her how to use it. The fan has adjustable heat settings and could provide a little more air flow, but it eventually dried everything. This thing will really save on toilet paper and provides a good cleaning after use. The seat also has a heater and the cover is a slow close so it doesn't drop down and slam the seat. The seat also removes easily for cleaning. I couldn't be more happy with this piece of equipment!

I ordered this item originally in May, it said shipped but was never sent to FedEx. Sam's customer service issued a reorder, and that one again was not sent to FedEx despite saying shipped on Sam's order status. The same situation is now happening a third time and Sam's customer service has been unable to tell me why, or provide satisfactory correction to the issue.

I bought one of these about 8 years ago, and liked it a lot so I moved it from the master bathroom to the guest bathroom and then foolishly bought an "upgrade" Brondell S1000 Swash bidet seat for exactly 3 times the price. I never used a lot of the Swash features, the seat cracked and broke in about 2 years - thinner plastic and the seat supports never fit on the toilet rim very well, so too much flexing. Brondell's 3-year warranty did not cover the seat breaking according to their support rep, so I bought an aftermarket replacement seat for $130 which was thicker and better quality anyway. All was fine for another year until the seat started leaking, right after the 3 year warranty was up. I jury-rigged a cut-off valve to shut the water off except when using the seat, but a couple months later and the electronics quit working. Brondell said they could repair for around $200 plus I had to pay for shipping both ways, so I just threw the seat away and brought the Intelliseat back from the guest bathroom. The water heater quit working a few months ago and the washer wand gets stuck occasionally, so I'm going to disassemble and try to fix, but even if I have to buy a new one it is still quite the bargain over the Brondell. Nearly 3 times the life and one third of the price...

I bought this a couple months ago and love it. The only problem i had installing it was the T they sent was the wrong one had to go buy another one so if you buy one of these just go to hardware store and get a T because the one they send will leak....
