[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two of these gazebos for the HOA park. They made a great addition and look really nice. Excellent looking construction. The team of assemblers put them together expediently. One post came with some shipping gouges and customer service was quick to send out a replacement. Forgive the white specks in the photos, we are getting ready to test the snow load. Now we just need to find someone who can build a matching unit 24x12.

I can’t say enough good things about this gazebo. First of all the instructions were provided in an app that was super interactive. You could pinch and zoom and rotate each detailed step. I absolutely loved the instructions. The materials were great quality, the holes all matched up, this thing was a dream to assemble. The only thing that would have made things any easier is if the hardware for each step were combined into bags that included the parts needed for each step, instead of having all the screws together and all the washers together, etc.

Purchased this carport for our second home and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the parts are Grade A. The electrical outlets are a wonderful addition to add lights to the gazebo. So happy we purchased this!!!

I bought this gazebo and was amazed at the quality and details! It is really quite beautiful! The materials are high end and durable, I am very pleased with the gazebo! I am now able to enjoy spending beautiful evenings... rain or shine... in my yard watching nature!

We searched and searched Sam's to get this. My husband was tracking it with an app to know immediately when it came back into stock. It is absolutely gorgeous once assembled. However, unless the 2 people building it are Thor and the Incredible Hulk, you will need more than 2 people. We used 4 at times to get it upright.

We added a paver system to the back yard, and felt it needed some coverage from weather (rain/sun) so we could enjoy it as often as possible. After looking around at many options, came across this beauty. Fortunately for me, the crew doing the work on the patio agreed to assemble it. They didn't seem to have any issues with the instructions, and got it up in 2 days, while working on the other aspects of the project. The built-in outlet was one of the deciding factors in our decision, as it will keep us from having cords across the ground (required an electrician to run the lines from the house). All our neighbors who have seen it have complimented us on how it turned out. Very happy with our purchase.

The roof is strong and can truly withstand our northeast weather! The entire gazebo has been well thought out…The angles, color, and accents are all beautiful. We chose to have our gazebo delivered and put together. The team that came was wonderful! They worked together like a fine tuned clock. We love our gazebo! The added electric with usb ports just made the Norwood that much more special. A sturdy addition to our deck. Don’t wait….get one today!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this early last summer. Excellent customer service. Very quick delivery. Assembly instructions made for a quick and easy job for my brother and I. Within two days we were relaxing under the gazebo.

We just got our 12x20 and are almost done with the assembly. The booklet and the app provide very clear instructions on putting it together. That is incredibly helpful. My husband and I have mostly done the work but because it’s springtime, the weather has been our obstacle. We love it so much already that we purchased the grillzebo to match. My son graduates high school in May and we are looking forward to celebrating with him on the new patio with friends and family. We will finally have an outdoor space we have looked forward to for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using as a Gazebo. A neighbor put up the same size gazebo from Backyard Discovery, but the hip roof version and it looked great on a poured patio. My relative then put up this version a month later and I also preferred this model for a better sky view (we don't have a mosquito problem). Took about 60 total hours to complete this build.
