reply from Dash Support Team

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on the Dash Multi Mini Heart Nonstick Waffle Maker. It sounds like your batter may not have been fully cooked prior to removing the waffles as no batter should remain on the plates after cooking. If that doesn't solve the issue, please contact us at support@bydash.com - we would love to further help troubleshoot with you! Thanks!

Good but not smart

I wish it had a sensor to tell me when waffles are done like my single waffle maker.

Great for freezer waffles

This makes it fast to make freezer waffles that fit in a toaster.
