This was a great 1st time experience ordering from the website. The site was quite user friendly. I received the product in a timely manner. The product itself was just as described. The workmanship was wonderful and the chosen material makes for an easy cleanup. It's a great chair for both indoor and outdoor use and the weight make it easy to handle and store should the need arise. I would recommend this chair for anyone looking for a lite weight easy clean chair.

We tried out four different models--tried them all at home and decided on the Lifetime model 2803. We returned the others and bought more 2803's because it was remarkably comfortable, felt sturdy, and looked nice. When we were paying for them I asked what the weight rating was. The cashier said 500 lbs. WOW! The cheap-o chairs manufactured in you-know-where were only 275 and 300 lbs rating. I'm so pleased to have an outstanding product made in America that I'm leaving the stickers on ours so our friends can see them. And the price was only a little more than the made-in-you-know-where look-alikes. Remember, "the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". Can I give these six or seven stars? (January 2016)

Have these for over 1 yr. Love how light weight they are. I can carry easily up and down the stairs. study also/ Only draw back I can't carry 2 in each hand like metal FOLDING chairs because the back is too thick so I need to make more trips. Now is that really a draws back? More exercise on the stairs?

My family has used the Lifetime folding chairs for a long time and have never had any problems with them. We use them at all of our family get togethers and the seat everyone nicely! I didn't think that plastic was that comfortable but they are very nice!!k

We got 2 sets of the black chairs for our patio. The contoured seats works for most people but not desired by all. We've only used the chairs once so I cannot comment on the durability of the chairs just yet. We do love the fact that the chairs are very light to carry around.

We bought these back in 2010 and have been very pleased with the durability, quality and convenience of these chairs. They've been used on a quasi daily basis and show virtually no wear. They're great for cement, carpet or even use outdoors for a gathering and meal. We will never buy another brand! Lifetime all the way!

We have these chairs for extra company that come over to our house. They are very comfortable and very functional. They also go with any event that we have had. I do wish that they were a little bit more compact and skinny for storage purposes, but I feel that it would take away the quality of the product if the chairs. We have had these chairs for a few years, and have not had one of them break on us.

I had chairs that were damaged in the same spot I thought maybe a manufacturing defect(the underside of the seat on the right side) I sent an email to inquire about the issue and the warranty dept took care of my claim really fast, we didn’t have receipts for the chairs but everything was still taken care of. We will continue to purchase Lifetime products and recommend to friends and family. This is a company that truly stands behind their products!!!

Had not seen these in the store, but looked at them online and decided they would be a good investment, since we have a large family when we all get together. I was pleasantly surprised when they were delivered. Attractive design, made to fit the body, and very comfortable. A big plus is that the material they are made of eliminates the clang of metal chairs. I actually purchased eight of these chairs and all that used them over the holidays remarked about how nice they were. They are built heavy, but light in weight, and I believe they will serve for many years. Definitely recommend! Would be very good wedding present, since they are made to last.

We have had some of these chairs in our office for some time. They were recently used in an outdoor event and the lawn had swallowed up some of the plastic feet. Called up customer service hoping to purchase some replacement feet. I was very happy to find out that there would be no charge for the replacement feet; not even a charge for shipping! fantastic customer service!
