Lost 2 rubber feet from a chair while camping, called to purchase replacements but replacements were sent immediately at no charge. That's good customer service.

Lost some of the folding chair end caps. Hunter took care of me, he shipped replacements the next day. Hard to find good customer service like this anymore.
