I have been buying this product for years. The soap is not harsh on your hands, very mild The smell is very pleasant. Since the pandemic the product was never in stock when I would go into Sam's Club. I just found out that is because it is sold online only. I can't wait until it is back on stock. I have been waiting for weeks now.

For years I've been purchasing very expensive refills for my automatic soap dispenser. I'm so happy to find something else that works just as well, and we even prefer the feel of it! I had recommended and was about to purchase some for mom. Now, if it was only in stock.

We switched to this soap for our office because another type of soap was out of stock in Sam's Club for some time. It worked fine in our wall mounted soap dispensers until recently. I presumed our cleaning person was watering down the soap, until I filled it myself and the soap is thinner than before, so it's oozing out of the bottom of the dispenser. I wish I'd realized this before I bought a four gallon case of it. This has only happened recently. We can still use it up in bottle dispensers. For that it's fine.

The formula has changed. My family has been using this soap for a year, even though it does not have the best fragrance, because it has been gentle on my sensitive skin. The last container of this soap that we purchased in August 2021, caused my family’s hands to peel, smell terrible, and eventually started to break out in a burning rash. I do not recommend this soap!!!

I love this hand soap, it cleans well, and IT RINSES GREAT!!!!. The problem is that you very seldom have it in stock. If it is a great seller, then why can't you make more of it to keep it on the shelves? This is the only hand soap that I have used to meet everything, cleanses, rinses so good. Keeping it in stock didn't not just happen since the Covid virus, this has been an ongoing problem for a long time. Please get more. Thank you so much

This product works great with getting the germs off. The soap has a pleasant fragrance to it. If you have Eczema, please do not use! I have eczema and it was controlled, but the soap caused a huge flare in both of my hands. I wish this product was more gentle.

We have been buying this soap for years. It's antibacterial which is good. It doesn't have a strong scent but it is pleasant. It is on the thin side, so that is something you need to get used to. But, once you do you can refill your hand soap pump over and over again and it's an excellent value.

Ok, bought two bottles one for me and one for my daughter. We are all washing hands more do to Covid. I needed to refill all of my bottles and buying more expensive soap was not practical. Well I guess you get what you pay for because like other reviewers said, this smells like public restrooms soap and leaves a long lasting smell. Will not purchase again.
