I called to inquire about leg caps for my Lifetime chairs. Some of mine had cracked and/or were missing and I could not locate any to purchase. The Customer Service Department couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately agreed to replace what I needed free of charge. They really do stand behind their products. I highly recommend this company.

I am part of my fundraising committee for my local volunteer fire department for over 30 years. At all our events we hold we been using folding metal chairs for years. Even before I joined, when my farther was a member I remember as a child. Over the years they wear out and break. I started to replace them with lifetime chairs. Purchased 20 5-6 years ago. These chairs are worth their name, because what an upgrade from looks to comfort. To easy to store and to work with. So light and strong. Our guests could not be more happy. So many compliments. We just purchased 20 more and looking to place out our whole chair count with 40 in the future when we raise the money. What a great product. Who ever purchases these chairs will be more than satisfied and happy with your choice and so will your guests.

I called customer service for some help with an item that needed to be replaced. The CS rep was exceptionally knowledgeable, was kind, helpful and took care of our need in less than 5-minutes. We are impressed and thankful that a company exists that still believes that customers are important, and that the customer's satisfaction is the duty of that company.

We have about 250 Lifetime chairs in our church gym. A handful had lost the feet caps that protect the floor. I opened a chat with a Lifetime representative and he was so kind and efficient. We quickly decided on an amount and they shipped them to me, free of charge! Great company to work with and awesome warranty.

I’ve had the chairs now for 8+ years. They’re much more comfortable than the metal folding chairs of years gone by and well built. I did have one plastic seat break. However, Lifetime honored the warranty claim once the necessary proof and documentation was provided to them. Lifetime shipped me a replacement chair free of charge.

I bought the lifetime table and 8 folding chairs many years ago. They have served me flawlessly and probably will till I am gone from this earth. Recently my daughter borrowed them for a outdoor party and when she returned them one of the chairs was missing the end cap on the leg. All I did was request if I could purchase a spare and the customer service rep went out of their way to send me free replacements. How can I tell you how grateful I am that I purchased this quality product and have people who will stand behind it with impeccable service.

I've used these chairs in my art classes for 19 years. A few have only just worn out, after longtime, heavy use by (sometimes) heavy people. I am happy to replenish after all this time, they are comfortable and obviously reliably sturdy. And what a price! So happy to get these again after the pandemic seemed to make them scarce.

Our church bought 60 Lifetime Classic Folding Chairs a few years ago. Recently, on two of the chairs, the plastic insert feet became damaged and needed to be replaced. I called customer service and within a week they shipped the needed replacement parts. Now this is what I consider great customer service.

After MANY years of service at our church, several of our Lifetime folding chairs had lost the plastic feet causing the chairs to wobble. One 5 minute call to Lifetime solved the problem with the associate verifying the model number and offering to send all the parts we needed- FREE OF CHARGE! That is extraordinary service, thank you!

Real comfortable chair 4 my big butt. (303 lbs.) I would have given it a 5 star grade if the bottom seat of the chair didn't buckle crease the plastic in the middle back edge. On the 2nd. day of use! I think the chair was rated for 350-400 lbs. The back edge should be made thicker like the front edge.
